I personally love the sour flavor of orange mingled with dates in a very successful salad recipe.
- 4 oranges
- 12 dates Fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon of rose syrup
Stone the dates and chop them into large chunks. Peel the oranges and slice them into eight pieces, ensuring no pith remains. Chop the mint leaves finely. Add the oranges to the dates and cover with mint and rose syrup. Separate into four portions and serve.
