- 100 g spinach
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chili
- 4 medium eggs
Preheat the oven to gas mark 6 or 400 degrees F. Cut the spinach into fine pieces and separate between four baking dishes. Add the chopped tomatoes with the chili powder and then pour over the spinach.
Dig a small ditch in the center of the tomatoes in each dish and crack egg into the ditch. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve with salad or a savory side.
