Include this lovely recipe in your menu for the ends of the week so you make a slight difference from your everyday diet.
- 8 chipolatas
- 800g mixed beans
- 800g chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of basil
- 2 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the chipolatas for 5 minutes or until each sausage has browned on both sides.
Turn your slow cooker to a low setting and place the chipolatas within. Add in the chopped tomatoes, mixed beans as well as the oregano, basil and sugar. Leave to slow cook for 2 hours and serve.
