Baked delicious spiced pork chops served with soft golden peaches cooked in wine. A flavorsome dish that will certainly appeal and please all your senses.
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup wine
- 3 under ripe peaches
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- quarter tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
Let’s start. At first, preheat an oven to 175 degrees C. Then cover a baking sheet with a foil.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and spice the pork chops with salt and pepper. Put the pork chops on the baking sheet and start baking. It will take nearly 20 minutes.
Then pour the wine into the frying pan and boil. Boil the wine then add the peaches and sprinkle in the cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Start cooking until the peaches are soft. It will take about 15 minutes. Bon Appetite.
