Crispy Salami Carbonara is super easy and quick recipe. This dish will be ready in just 25 minutes. Make this recipe to put a smile of everyone on the table.
- 400g spaghetti
- 2 x 120g Primo Hungarian Salami, chopped into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 eggs
- 125ml (1/2 cup) pouring cream
- 105g (3/4 cup) grated parmesan, plus extra to serve
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, to serve
In large pan of boiling water Cook spaghetti according to packet directions.
While spaghetti is cooking, heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, then add salami and garlic; cook, stirring for 4-5 minutes, until salami is crisp.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and cream. Drain pasta and return to pan.
Add egg mixture, salami, and oil from the pan to pasta and toss by using tongs to coat.
Add parmesan and season with salt and black pepper. Serve and topped with parsley and extra parmesan.
